私たちは、「人生に、余白とワクワクを。」という思いのもと、地域の自然・文化・人との出会いを通して、心がほどける時間を届けることを使命としています。

Lilaという名前について

社名の「Lila」は、サンスクリット語の「リーラ（līlā）」に由来します。それは、人生そのものを軽やかに楽しみ、自然の流れの中で豊かさを見出していく在り方を意味します。

また、白いリラの花言葉である、「童心の純粋さ」や「何気ない瞬間に感じる穏やかな幸福」からも着想を得ています。

慌ただしく過ぎていく日々の中で、私たちはいつの間にか、心の余白や、何かに心を動かされる感覚を失いつつあります。Lilaは、そんな現代を生きる人々に、子どもの頃のように素直にワクワクできる瞬間を取り戻してほしいという想いを込めた名前です。

私たちが目指すこと

Lilaは、長期滞在者向けサービス「Swallow Base」を起点に、文化体験の企画や、地域産品・食のブランディングを通して、地域の魅力を国内外へ届けていきます。

観光でも、移住でもない。地域と自然につながる、新しい関わり方を生み出しながら、人と地域の豊かな循環を育んでいきます。

Guided by the belief that life becomes richer when there is room to breathe and space to wonder, we create moments of quiet joy through the nature, culture, and people of Japan's regions.

About the name

"Lila" The name "Lila" is derived from the Sanskrit word līlā — a philosophy that embraces living lightly, finding beauty in the natural flow of life, and approaching each day with curiosity and wonder.

We also draw inspiration from the white lilac flower, whose language symbolizes the innocence of a child's heart and the quiet happiness found in ordinary moments.

In the rush of modern life, many of us gradually lose the inner space that allows us to truly feel moved.

"Lila" carries our hope to restore that sense of wonder — the simple joy and curiosity we once felt as children.

What we are building

Beginning with our long-stay service, Swallow Base, Lila shares the richness of Japan's regions with people from around the world through immersive cultural experiences, regional food and product branding, and locally rooted projects.

Neither tourism nor relocation.
We seek to create new ways for people to connect more naturally and meaningfully with places — nurturing lasting relationships between people and region.
